ORDERING

Check-out as a Guest
If you do not wish to create an account with a password, you can check-out as a guest. We will only collect the minimum information required to fulfill your order. However, you will not be able to log back into your account and will solely rely on the shipping confirmation mail to track your order.
Create an Account
If you choose to create an account (register) with us you will be able to log into your account under "LOGIN" and track your orders anytime. Also you can to ejoy the "MEMBER PRICE" - Extra discount for Registered Members.

Payment Methods
We process all payments by PayPal - the world's most accepted Internet payment service. Your order will be dispatched after we received the authorization from PayPal or the credit card company.
Also we can accept domestic direct bank transfer (trough SWIFT and etc) to company's bank account - buyer should contact us prior to purchase to ask about this option.

Order Confirmation
After completing the check-out process you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. This confirmation includes billing and shipping address, ordered products, quantities and prices as well as payment and shipping method. Please check that all data is correct.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a second email from us after we dispatched your parcel. This email includes the tracking number and the link to our shipping partners, so that you can track the progress of the delivery. We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment

Gift Message
You can leave a gift message, which we will print and add to the parcel.

SHIPPING

Worldwide Shipping
We provide worldwide shipping at economical rates by SAL and Air Mail with registered tracking. For some Large and Heavy items we use Sea Mail (Surface Mail) shipping method as a Priority Standard shipping method. You can choose another delivery methods based on price and speed. Please contact us if you want to use more faster and expensive shipping method.

Unless a handling time until shipping is specified on the product page, each order is usually shipped within 2 days,maximum 3 days, after payment confirmation not including public holidays. We immediately contact you in case we can foresee a delay. As soon as your parcel is picked up by the shipping company, you'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. In order to avoid damages, our dispatching team takes the greatest care to protect the products. We have ample experience to also protect delicate goods such as glass or ceramic.

Please be aware that delays in shipping and customs may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. Please track your package when you receive a tracking number. Once the package is accepted by shipping agency, the process is out of the seller’s hands. Please track the status of your delivery and contact your local post office and ask if a parcel is waiting for you in case of delay. From our side we can initiate a search request, which sometimes may help to speeds up local delivery.

DAMAGE
If you have a product that was damaged during delivery, please e-mail us within 3 days after receiving it and include pictures of your damaged item.
We will work together to resolve this problem.

MISTAKES
If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, we will do all we can to remedy the problem. Contact us and we will take care of it.

ATTENTION ! - Buyer is responsible for receiving his purchase. We not be responsible for unclaimed parcels, delays and non delivery by the fault of Mail or Buyer.

Taxes & Duties
Shipping products from Thailand can be subject to custom fees and other taxes in the country of delivery. These fees are the responsbility of the buyer customer. Please contact your country's customs to confirm which products and from what amount such fees apply.
*From July 1, 2021 all imports to the EU will be subject to import VAT, regardless of the order amount.

Please, keep in mind that according to PayPal rules we can send your purchase ONLY TO ADDRESS WHICH YOU INDICATED IN PAYPAL PAYMENT RECEIPT.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and cancellations.
You can Request a cancellation within 12 hour of purchase. Cancelation will be inpossible if we already sent your purchase.

You may return purchased items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery .
If for any reason you find you need to return an item, you must contact us first to make arrangements. It must be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All returned items must be in Original condition, with their original box (if has box). The purchaser will be responsible for all return postage costs. "Vintage Japanese Goods" will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
You must contact our customer service prior to returning an item to us to receive a refund.

Refunds
The refund for a return will be processed after we received and inspected the return. The refund is issued to the PayPal or credit card account used when you placed your order.

All of our goods are Vintage,Antuque or Pre-owned , so it is to be expected that CONDITION OF OUR ITEMS CANNOT BE AS CONDITION OF ABSOLUTELY NEW ITEMS.
